MALT & FIG's Lemon Myrtle Soap is perfect for cleansing your skin in the shower or bath.

Our natural soap is fresh and bursting with uplifting citrusy fragrances to leave you feeling invigorated and relaxed. Our soap contains ground dried lemon myrtle leaves to gently exfoliate and remove dead surface skin cells while it cleanses.

With a sweet, lemony, and slightly herbal, aroma this soap is simultaneously soothing and uplifting to the mood.

PLEASE NOTE:-> Our cold press natural soaps have not been bevelled or cleaned up, Each one is as rustic and natural as it is made so you will notice each individual piece is a few grams heavier or lighter than another (120g - 150g). It is also likely to show pits, divots and scratches where the flowers and decorative salts have engraved down the face when cut to size. We love our soaps this purely natural way so we hope you do as well.

Directions For Use

For gentle use as a cleanser it is recommended to lather the soap in your hands, then gently massage into the skin. When the bar is used directly on the skin surface, the ground lemon myrtle leaves act as a gentle exfoliator.

Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Changing Skin routines can cause initial breakouts as the skin adjusts and impurities are removed, however if your skin burns or becomes very irritated discontinue use immediately!

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Aqua, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Sustainable Elaeis guineensis (Palm) Oil, Sodium Hydroxide (Lye), Backhousia citriodora (Lemon Myrtle Essential Oil), Castor Oil, Citrus limon (Lemon Essential Oil), Ground Lemon Myrtle Leaf, Sodium Lactate, Calendula Flower, Chamomile Flower, Safflower. 

Properties 

Olive OilKnow for reducing the appearance of ageing, such as premature wrinkles and fine lines, promote moisture retention in skin and hair, have cleansing properties that purge dirt, sweat and excess sebum from hair and skin. The main chemical constituents of Olive Carrier Oil are: Oleic Acid, Linoleic Acid, Palmitic Acid, Stearic Acid, Linolenic Acid, Polyphenols, Vitamin E, Carotenoids, and Squalene. 

Coconut Oil: Repair dry, damaged skin, improve skin elasticity, especially for prematurely ageing skin, enhance moisture levels in skin, protect skin against UV rays, enhance skin cell growth, boost circulation to skin. The main chemical constituents of Coconut Carrier Oils are: Lauric Acid, Capric Acid and Caprylic Acid, Linoleic Acid (Polyunsaturated Fats), Oleic Acid (Monounsaturated Fats), Polyphenols (Virgin Coconut Oil only), and Medium-Chain Triglycerides.

Castor OilKnow for exhibiting antimicrobial and antioxidant properties, support the lymphatic system, Maintain the softness, suppleness, and radiance of skin and hair, boost circulation. The main chemical constituents of Castor Carrier Oil are: Ricinoleic Acid, Oleic Acid, Linoleic Acid (Omega-6 Fatty Acid), α-Linolenic Acid (Alpha-Linolenic Acid - Omega-3 Fatty Acid), Stearic Acid, and Palmitic Acid. 

Lemon Myrtle EO: The main chemical component in Lemon Myrtle is Citral which is know for its cleansing properties. Lemon myrtle oil has been shown to possess significant antimicrobial activity against the organisms Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA), Aspergillus niger, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Propionibacterium acnes

Lemon EO: Is thought to be the most effective anti-microbial agent in all the essential oils. Lemon oil improves dull skin, has a detoxifying nature, and rejuvenates tired or sagging skin
