This SLEEP blend is a combination of the below oils: 

  • Lavender
  • Chamomile
  • Sandalwood
  • Rose

It smells floral and fresh, with soft top notes of rose, a hearty note of Sandalwood and Chamomile and a deep bottom note of Lavender.

Directions For Use

For topical use ONLY! Apply to temples and pulse points (wrists and back of neck) as desired for clearing congestion and supporting easy breathing and focus. No dilution required.

A 2005 study assessed how lavender essential oil affected 31 young, healthy sleepers. Researchers found that lavender increased the amount of slow- and deep-wave sleep in participants. All participants reported feeling “higher vigor” the next morning.

A 2017 study assessed the short-term treatment of generalized anxiety using chamomile extract. Researchers found that after eight weeks, 58.1 percent of participants reported a reduction of their anxiety symptoms. 

A 2015 study investigated the effectiveness of applying diluted chamomile essential oil to the skin for the treatment of osteoarthritis. The participants were asked to apply the oil three times a day for three weeks.

In a 2017 study of 60 elderly people, the participants were divided into two groups. At the end of the study, there was a significant increase in the sleep quality of those who took the chamomile when compared to the group who were given a placebo.

A 2007 study has shown that sandalwood may have a sedative effect by reducing wakefulness. The woody and earthy scent of sandalwood is effective in relieving stress and anxiety.

Rose oil has a relaxing effect on many people. In one 2009 study, researchers applied rose oil to the skin of each participant, and then measured its effects on the most common symptoms of anxiety. Blood pressure, heart rates, breathing rates, cortisol levels, and blood oxygen levels all decreased. The subjects also reported feeling much more relaxed after the oil treatment.
